Many years ago my life was a mess. It looked okay on the outside, but inside everything was wrong. I was afraid of living, I felt insecure and lost. I felt trapped in a life that didn't hold any future for me. 

Then I met Jesus and everything changed, a new hope for a fulfilled and happy life began to rise up in my heart.

Nevertheless, the process of restoring my mindset that was conditioned for perpetual  failure  was very slow, because I did not know how to receive the awesome life Jesus died for me to have. 

In my ignorance, I lived as a beggar although I was the daughter of a king. 

It was years later, during our family's home-schooling adventure, that I started searching for God with all my heart and started to study His Word in depth. He challenged me with the thought that there was more to the Christian life than I had been taught.  

As I watched my children learn and grow it fascinated me how different each one of them was from the other. Although they were brought up in the same home, the four of them had completely different dreams, passions and motivations. 

They seemed to be programmed to walk out a path that was already laid out for them beforehand. As I kept on studying the Word of God I realized that He had already predestined each one of them for a perfect plan. 

Suddenly I felt a deep respect for that person God had placed in them, and I remember standing in awe at what this meant for each human being on earth. It didn't just change my view of education, but of life itself. 

Questions rose up deep within me about God's plan and purpose for each and every person.  

If God had already designed a plan for each one of us, then all our lives should be extremely exciting and deeply meaningful.

Looking at what my own life had been before knowing God personally, I realized that human beings are hopelessly bound for failure in some way or other unless they learn to hook up to God's plan for their lives. 

God's plan for us is really very simple. 

We have two options: 

Plan A: Stick close to God and walk out HIS plan for our life, which lies beyond our wildest dreams.  

Plan B: Try living your life by our own limited efforts and live...a limited life. 

As I grasped these simple, but ground breaking Truths, and started searching out His thoughts and His ways, my life started changing dramatically.
